CALL FOR PHOTOGRAPHERS TO PARTICIPATE IN MEDIA PROJECT – 1/200th Of A Second
What: 1/200th Of A Second is a media photography-based art project investigating the psychological and physiological impact the camera can exert on the human body.
Who: I am looking for 6-8 photographers who have their own cameras. These can be DSLRs (full frame or APS-C) or interchangeable lens mirrorless cameras. A working pop-up built in flash or external flash unit is a must.
A token sum will be paid to finalised photographers.
When: Sunday, 13 April 2014 for approximately 2 hours. The actual timing will be confirmed with finalised photographers.
Where: In the Orchard road/Cityhall area along public walkways and spaces.
How: Interested participants should send their an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with their name, contact number and information about the camera equipment they have. I will get back to you shortly.

Hoong Wei Long is a Singaporean artist with an interest in investigating the themes of relationships, truth, the sublime, and how technology augments our sense of connectedness, especially through the use, distribution and experience of lens based images and technologies.
He is currently a second year Photography and Digital Imaging major at the School of Art, Design and Media, Nanyang Technological University.
